The competition, open to all students in NSW, aims to increase awareness about helmet use by asking students to design the artwork for a new bicycle helmet – the design must stand out from the crowd – using colours and creative flair!
Bicycle NSW has launched a new membership package for schools – offering students a specially tailored suite of Bicycle NSW member benefits into an affordable, easy to access package for students (under 18 years of age).
Students at participating schools can receive all the benefits of Bicycle NSW membership (including public liability insurance and personal accident insurance) for $15 (not including Australian Cyclist magazine) or $35 (including Australian Cyclist magazine).
Find out how to receive a free skills and road safety workshop for students at your school and work with the schools team to break down barriers and get more of your school community more active more often.
The program ambassadors are Minister for Education and Training, The Hon Verity Firth MP, Ironman Champion Guy Leech, Sydney Swans Star Ryan O Keefe and Champion Australian Cyclist Patrick Jonker. Find out what they have to say about the program and why they encourage you to register your school.
