Renewing your Membership Online Answers

1. Am I able to renew my Membership online?

Yes, you can renew your Membership online 24/7. Please click here to login to your account or here to go to our Membership online renewal guide (with step by step instructions on how to renew your Membership online). 

Please renew your Membership on time to ensure that the comprehensive insurance cover included in your Membership continues uninterrupted giving you peace of mind while out riding.

2. How do I login to my account?

3. I am having difficulty logging in to my account, what should I do?

There could be different reasons why you may not be able to login:

  • Using the incorrect ‘username’. In the login page where it says ‘Username or email address’, please use the email address that is linked to your Membership.

How do you know which email address is linked to your Membership? If you have more than one email address (eg, a work and personal email address), check the inboxes for each email address and see in which inbox our Member only newsletters are sent (check your Spam inbox if you cannot find our newsletters). 

  • Incorrect password. Have you entered your password correctly? If you do not remember your password, please click on the Lost your password? button and follow the instructions to reset your password. 
  • Please check that your username (your email address) and your password are both spelt correctly.

If after trying the above you are still having difficulty with logging into your account, please contact our Membership Team via email on info@bicyclensw.org.au or call us on (02) 9704 0800, and we will assist you with resetting your password and/or processing the payment for the renewal of your Membership over the phone.
