    Subscribe for chance To WIN a 50% discount for a group of FOUR at Highlands E Bikes - Guided Tours Terms & Conditions

    1. The promoter is: Bicycle NSW Gadigal Country, Tower 2, Level 20,201 Sussex Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 (ABN 26 511 801 801).
    2. The competition is open to residents of NSW, aged 16 years or over, except employees of Bicycle NSW and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. Only new subscribers to the Bicycle NSW database, via the website modal JOIN OUR MAILING LIST, who subscribe during the competition period, are eligible to enter this competition.
    3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
    4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
    7. Closing date for entry will be 12:00am AEST Wednesday 30th November, 2022.
    8. The prize Half day guided Signature Tour for 4. Prize is a 50% discount off usual price of $1000. Prize winner will be eligible for 50% discount. Prize winner will be responsible for a fee of $500. There is a minimum booking of 4 people. Tour includes; E-Bikes, helmets and a tour guide. This is a customised tour so you can create whatever adventure you want! Prize will only be available from the location nominated by Highlands E Bikes - Guided Tours in NSW .     12. The winner/s will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
    13. The promoter will notify the winner/s when the prize is delivered. Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, delivery delays may occur.
    14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
    17. The winner/s agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Bicycle NSW reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
