By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promoter is Bicycle NSW, Level 9, 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
The competition is open to Bicycle New South Wales (NSW) Members or New Members in NSW aged 18 years or over except employees of Bicycle NSW and their close relatives or, anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
The promotion is valid for a limited time only from 8 pm AEST on 20th March 2025 to 11.59pm AEST 30th June 2025.
Bicycle NSW Members must pay their current Membership Fees in full before 11.59pm (AEST) 30th of June 2025 to be eligible. New Members must have joined Bicycle NSW before 30th of June 2025 11.59pm (AEST) to be eligible.
Only one entry will be accepted per person unless otherwise stated. All additional entries from the same person will be considered invalid.
Closing date for entry will be 11.59 pm (AEST) 30th June 2025 no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The draw will take place on Monday 14th July 2025 at Bicycle NSW, Level 9, 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The Prize:

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
Prize is valued at $4299.99 rrp AUD and is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winner of the competition will be chosen at random unless advertised otherwise (i.e Game of Skill), from all entries received and verified by Bicycle NSW based on the competition criteria.
The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook on Monday 14th July 2025 (AEST). If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Bicycle NSW will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/ delivered. Some regional/remote locations may incur a shipping cost - and in this case, the additional cost will be at the winner’s expense.
Bicycle NSW decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and photo (s) and state in any publicity material, as well as their entry. The Promoter may also use your personal information for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Notwithstanding any other term herein, except where prohibited by law, submission of any entry constitutes the entrant’s consent to use of entrant’s name, likeness, voice, state of residence, biographical and prize information, statements about the promotion, anything submitted to enter the giveaway and/or the entrant’s photo for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised without review, notification, approval or compensation.
