Most of our audience gets physical activity on two wheels, but we have shared the need, even the fittest riders have, for bone strengthening exercise. COVID-19 measures will see some of us required to self-isolate, changes in access to gyms, and juggling parenting responsibilities during home working can disrupt exercise habits.
Live Life, Get Active provides a range of free outdoor exercise camps, on-line resources, classes, nutrition guides that can help with motivation, health and social connection. There’s something for everyone and with so many working from home during COVID-19 it’s a great way to stay healthy.
This week Live Life, Get Active CEO Amanda King released the results of the May 2020 social research study of 50,000 members.
“It’s great to see work being done to make improved health accessible to more people, and the accompanying research to ensure more people get the support they need,” said Bicycle NSW General Manager of Public Affairs, Bastien Wallace.
“We encourage members to check this out, and why not refer a friend,” said Bastien.
Whilst this is a free service, Bicycle NSW encourages you to spread the word so more people can benefit.
