Small changes to the COVID-19 restrictions for NSW have been made for Christmas.
Last Monday we outlined restrictions put in place in NSW to control the COVID-19 outbreak in the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Other states have also imposed restrictions on people entering from Sydney and NSW.
Today small modifications were made to the restrictions to allow people to celebrate Christmas. However, people living in the Northern Beaches of Sydney need to keep their rides local, unless travelling for essential reasons.
Riders should not travel to the Northern Beaches of Sydney unless travelling for the permitted reasons. The Premier will provide further updates on Boxing Day. The Bicycle NSW office will be closed at this time, and we encourage riders to refer to the NSW Health resources.
