Bicycle NSW wishes to convey its condolences to the family and friends of Greg Prerau who died following a crash reported on Mona Vale Road in Pymble.
Initial reports were that a man in his 60’s had crashed, and was taken to hospital with serious head injuries.
Police are investigating the crash. Whilst the cause has not been given, the road has a long, steep gradient.
“We share our condolences with the family and friends of the deceased rider,” said Bicycle NSW General Manager of Public Affairs, Bastien Wallace.
“We continue to advise members to take extra care, especially as rain and storms may deposit more debris on road surfaces that could cause crashes,” said Bastien.
