1. Comprehensive insurance coverage

One of the standout benefits of Bicycle NSW Membership is our global comprehensive insurance package, including

  • Personal injury: Covers medical expenses, loss of income, and other costs associated with injuries while cycling. Be financially protected in case of an incident.
  • Public liability: Provides $20M coverage if you are held liable for causing injury to someone else or damaging their property while riding. Protect yourself against potential legal claims.

2. Legal advice and support

If you are involved in a dispute, Bicycle NSW Membership gives you access to legal advice and support via Advantage Legal.

  • Legal advice: For cycling-related injury issues, including accidents, insurance claims, and disputes.
  • Legal support: For personal injury matters, including an initial consultation at no charge with our partner law firm Advantage Legal. As a Member, you’re also entitled to a discount on Advantage Legal's professional fees of up to 5%.
