In the middle of a global pandemic, it’s easy to forget to check in with your own health. Women’s Health Week is coming up next week (7-11 September) and we’re encouraging all women to take time out to look after themselves and make positive changes for a healthier life.

Add Your Kilometres And Ride Around Australia 

For all our bike riders, we’re encouraging you to join the Women’s Health Week challenge of riding around Australia for the week. That’s 16,500 kms or 22 million steps. Your kilometres will be added to others in hopes of reaching the full distance.

Women’s Adventure Film 2020/21 

As an official part of Women’s Health Week, this Australian original women’s adventure film tour will celebrate inspiring women around us. 

Featuring 9 short films across 115 minutes, it shows a set of diverse and extraordinary women: Australian Olympic hopeful Lucy Stirling, New Zealand Olympian Janina Kuzma, World Champion Paraglider Klaudia Bulgakow and many more including women in snow sports, mountaineering, high lining, swimming and mountain biking. 

Due to COVID-19 there will be no viewings in cinemas, instead it will be a digital event. The film will air at 7pm AEST on 11 September 2020 and be available digitally for a limited 72 hour watch window.
