Bicycle NSW runs a variety of courses covering a wide range of skills for bicycle users.  Whether you need to learn how to change a tire or how to descend a mountain safely, you can learn it from Bicycle NSW.

Bicycle NSW Ride Leaders course

Do you enjoy heading out for regular social riders with like-minded cyclists? Become an accredited Bicycle NSW ride leader! We are holding a course in February, where candidates will learn how to lead a ride, including training on how to handle any issues or obstacles that may come about. 

Bicycle NSW ride leaders must be members, and are protected by professional indemnity insurance should any accident occur on a ride.

Womens' only riding and maintenance skills

This session is for all female riders who are keen to enhance their bicycle maintenance skills. You can expect to learn how to take the wheels on and off; how to repair/change a puncture; how to adjust breaks; basic gear adjustment; and cleaning/lubing your bike. It is the perfect way to prepare for the Heart Foundation Gear Up Girl!
