Bicycle NSW (BNSW) is pleased to announce that we are officially launching our NEW membership portal this month.
We have been listening to our Members and recently customised the new BNSW member portal to include many of those requests. iMIS has been selected as it meets our Members’ unique needs and helps to support our continuous performance improvement.
Designed with BNSW Members' needs in mind, iMIS will provide an enhanced online experience. The new system will be fully responsive to mobile devices, making it easy to navigate on a wide range of web browsers and portable devices, such as; mobile phones and tablets.
iMIS will be interactive, with secure and easy upfront payment options, self-registration, simplified navigation plus fast checkout!
We would sincerely like to thank Loretta Fong who has been project managing this integration on top of her existing workload and responsibilities, it wouldn't have been possible without Loretta.
Many Member renewals are now due. If you haven't as yet renewed your membership please don't worry as you will have until Thursday 30th of June to renew. Simply update your details and many members will then be automatically renewed!
First things first - for security reasons you need to set up a new password to gain access to your account.
To do this follow the steps noted below.
Please also read the “important key steps and issues” after Step 3, below, as you go through the site.
1. Choose “Forgot username” after clicking on this link: Login Page
2. Enter your Email address in the Email field and click “Submit”
3. Email notification, you will receive an email from us that will contain your username and a link to set your new password.
Remember to check you junk folder for the email and if you do not receive this please contact us.
4. Enter your new password and confirm and click "Sign In" ,
You will be taken to your personal landing page where you will find information specifically for you.
This is also a good time to look at your profile and sure that we have the most up to date information for you and you can do this by clicking on your name in the top right menu.

Your 2022 Membership Fee
Each year we review the membership fee based on a range of factors, including the investment required to deliver our strategy. While our organisation has been impacted by the events of the last two years we understand our valued Members have also experienced hardships.
We are pleased to be able to maintain the annual membership fee at the same level for the next twelve months. BNSW believes that all our Members should continue to receive great value benefits and insurance cover despite the current living pressures.
