New Push for Minimum Passing Distance Compliance

The NSW Police agree that Minimum Passing Distance legislation must be enforced – but we need your help! Bicycle NSW was very proud to play a key role in the establishment of Minimum Passing Distance (MPD) legislation when it was introduced in NSW in 2018.  Minimum passing distance laws had been a long-term goal for Australia’s bike riding community.
