For riders who live in or travel through Rozelle in Sydney’s Inner West, there are more changes to come.
One of the challenges we have faced is the complexity of the Westconnex Rozelle Interchange Project and its impacts. Changes are being made to the detours for riders, but there is some good news.
Thanks to our advocacy and your strong support, a shared user path will be opened to connect riders from the eastern side of Victoria Road to the ANZAC Bridge. This replaces what would have been a very unsafe road crossing.
“We know there are still plenty of challenges getting through this area safely, and we continue to push for improvements,” said General Manager of Public Affairs, Bastien Wallace.
“As well as checking out the detours and following signage and directions, we encourage members to have their say on the next phase of plans,” said Bastien.
