The first anniversary of Tumbarumba to Rosewood is just around the corner, and we’re excited. Since opening, thousands of people have used the rail trail and the local economy is booming as a result.

NSW Rail Trail Forum

To celebrate, there will be a forum on Friday, 9 April at the Tumbarumba Bowling Club to talk all things rail trails, including:

  • Hearing about the success of the Tumbarumba to Rosewood Rail Trail one year on from its opening.
  • Listening to representatives from other rail trail committees around NSW share their stories.
  • Participating in a round table discussion about the way forward.
  • Learning from some experts on the nuts and bolts of Rail Trail development and construction.

Bicycle NSW, Rail Trails Australia and Rail Trails for NSW will be premiering a video on the economic benefits of the Tumbarumba to Rosewood Rail Trail in the local region.

Register for the full day for $40, including morning and afternoon tea and lunch.
